bar stools

I picked these cane bar stools up a few weeks ago for $2 each

and here they are now

I put a question mark on one.

and an & sign on the other using the same freezer paper technique that I used on my directors chairs

I spray painted them white and then distressed them with some sandpaper

All ready for use on my veranda

  2. Do you know what? I love seeing projects like this! $2.00 each? Amazing, and they look wonderful, like something from Pottery Barn. They go with any style really, you did a fantastic job. Sopping over from Gina's hugs, tami

  3. Thanks Tami, and we don't even have Pottery Barn in Australia- so even better as I couldn't buy something from there even if I wanted to!

  11. What a transformation! I can't get over how you got those stools for $2, and the finished result is so great. If Pottery Barn sold those they'd cost $100 a piece. :)
