b is for bread

Today B4 wanted to make bread.

We have some small loaf tins and he asked to use them.
We used the Kitchen Aid to mix the dough and then set it aside to rise. Once risen B4 knocked it down and kneaded it a little before we cut it into 4 pieces and B3, B5 and The Girl joined them to knead and shape it to fit the tins. They decided to make them like bobby loaves and divided them into two.

Here is one with B4 and his loaf, hot out of the oven. The bread was lovely with some butter and homemade lemon butter.
