Take a packet of won-tons and some scissors.
Fold won-ton on diagonal 2 or 3 times and cut as if making a paper snowflake,
unfold carefully (this is the tricky bit),
place on tray and brush with melted butter, place in oven on high for two minutes-
no longer or they will burn (see photo)- watch carefully,
dust with icing sugar, enjoy.
