pool demolition

VCH and the B's set about demolishing our old pool. 

It was an above ground pool half set into the ground. 

It had been put in by the previous owners - so we are guestimating about 15 years old. 

It really has needed to be replaced for a couple of years.

Now that we are getting a new pool, and it is winter we decided the time was right for the demolition.

Some bits were easy

some required extra labour

some required power tools- in this case a grinder.

The wall pushed in and

a friend is found.

A new play area!

Well just until the bricks and concrete are removed.
