parents retreat update

It's been a while since I updated you on the progress of the room.

VCH finished cladding the outside with the help of B1 (tall sons can come in very handy).

VCH painted the outside.

We have moved our bed and other furniture into the new room in order to sand and paint the walls and floor.

Other than this feature wall, we have never painted our bedroom in the whole time we have lived here- which will be 9 years next month.
It is the only room in the house that has never been painted, some rooms we have even painted more than once!

My little veranda bedroom is so cute and cosy.
It is like being on a mini holiday.

VCH has filled holes, sanded and painted the first coat on the bedroom walls.
