gold coast holiday day one

Day one of our trip to the Gold Coast saw us leave home at 6am and head  straight to Wet'n'Wild for a fun day on water slides.
Not many photos as it is hard to take pictures when you are getting wet!
Here are a couple from Buccaneer Bay that the little ones could play on.
A certain girl was a little upset that at 99cm she was too small for most of the rides (a lot started at 100cm).
After the park we went to check into Seaworld Nara Resort.
We had the perfect size and aged family to take advantage of a special offer that we got with our VIP passes.
Kids could stay and eat for free with an adult, we had to pay for B1 and B2 as they were classed as adults, so that meant we had 4 adults and 4 kids, we fitted perfectly into a family room (interconnecting rooms that sleep 4 each) and the deal included a buffet breakfast worth $30 per person so we were set.

We went out to tea* the first night to Sharks AFL Club, where again kids were free on Monday nights, so we just had to pay for 3 adults, one child 12-15 and The Girl was free as she was under 5 and the other 3 were free with the paying adults.
We headed back to the resort for our first night very full and very tired!
Stay tuned for part two....
