koala population explosion

On one of the roads that we frequently travel are some koala signs.

We have never seen a koala along this road, but the sign is there.

It used to have one stuffed koala that someone put there and people (including us) had fun moving it up and down the pole as they saw fit.

Then the other day we drove past and now we have a pole full of koalas!
